The purpose of this exercise is to practice Internet searches using a variety of search engines.
Search the Internet for "search engines". Believe it or not, there are many available.
Take some time to use a variety of search engines to get a feel for the type of information found in each.

For each item, record the item name of the item and the following in some type of document (typed).

When all of the items are completed, print the document for turn-in (Due Date: February 6th). Assignment is worth 20 Points.

Make sure you do all items. There are 10!

Listed below is an example of what I expect.

1. the exact URL (address) for the site where you found the item.
   http://www.searchenginewatch.com/facts/assistance.html
2. the search parameters (what words you used)
   +Corvette +1970 -Stingray
3. the search engine you found had the information you were looking for.
   www.yahoo.com
4. a brief description of the site in your own words
   A Collectors web site with lots of charts and pictures of classic corvettes.

5. a Second Search Engine that finds that same web site within the first ten hits (no clicking around).
   www.google.com
6. The specific search parameters needed to get that web site up.
   +Collector +"Classic 1970 Corvette"
