REFUNDS
The last day for a full refund or exchange of books purchased for the Winter 2009 semester is January 16, 2009. Books for short term classes are not refundable unless the class is cancelled and proof of cancellation is required.
Full refunds/exchanges are given if:

You must have your original cash register receipt. |

New books must be in new condition to receive a full refund. |
| 3 |
New books returned in used condition will be refunded at the used book price. |
| 4 |
The Bookstore may refuse to refund any book due to condition. |
| 5 |
Books for short-term classes are not refundable unless the class is cancelled. Proof of cancellation is required. |

Access codes are non-returnable. |
| 7 |
Supplies are non-returnable. |
| 8 |
Bundled books must be in their original packaging. Access codes that have been activated will affect your return. |
