Create a web page with the following criteria. Please e-mail me the
URL donaldsouthwell@delta.edu by the due
date to inform me assignment 4 has been completed.
- Use the web page from the previous assignment and duplicate it
as assign4.html
- Make sure it is accessible at http://www.delta.edu/<username>/assign4.html

- Make sure it says Assignment 4 instead of Assignment 3. (3
point)
- Add a background image of your choice to your web page. Make
sure all text is legible! (4 points)
- Add hyperlinked images of your choice to your list
of links (from the previous assignment). Make sure they are related
to the sites they represent. You may remove the ordered or unordered
list tags, if you wish. (20 points)
- Use animated or non-animated images, your choice.
- You may have text descriptions next to the links if you wish.
- Make sure you only have one <BODY> tag.
- Make sure you give credit for "borrowed" images.
